Joy Ghosh
Joy Ghosh is a man who adorns many crowns. His endeavours are manifold. An aspirational inspiration, Ghosh has been a guiding light for a number of ventures stemming from varied sectors. Be it financials, investment, marketing Ghosh is a hands-on advisor acting on his feet to showcase the brand with its exclusively crafted essence. He wisely injects his potent positivity and creative adrenalin into the financial ventures he adopts. He intricately deciphers and translates the vision of brands by being a guiding force to many.
After completing Graduation in Technical Science from University of Delhi, Ghosh went on to pursue Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Faculty of Management Sciences (FMS - University of Delhi) and further pursued to complete Management Development Programme (MDP) at Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad (ASCI - 1985) and London School of Economics UK.
An Innovator, Technologist, Management expert, having various International acclaim & Laurels from UNIDO, Vienna, Austria & Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, (DSIR) New Delhi, Govt of India.
Ghosh was the First Indian to hold a GLOBAL PATENT in 70 years of Independent India in Ceramics & Metallurgy.
He has more than two & half decades of varied experience starting from Project Management, Marketing & Sales, Production & Finance, serving reputed International Brands.
His dynamic tenure includes appointment as Director in the Board of Indian Council of Ceramics Tiles and Sanitary Ware (A CII & Ministry of Commerce Govt of India Body); Director-Board of Build4 India - a Joint Venture Company with Koln Messe, Germany and others.
A Visionary and goal-oriented Ghosh Additionally, has developed and implementing cutting edge technology to address new target group for better business opportunity for both start-up and established manufacturing company. Develop strategic plans for worldwide implementation and operation and initiate strict quality controls while addressing company’s need and promotion of growth.
Fund raising and getting Investments has been always a great passion which has given several opportunities in the past years in getting several Small and Medium Companies meet their requirements in time.
Raghu Babu Gunturu
Raghu is an entrepreneur and operates in Professional Services arena. Raghu is a Co-founder and Partner of R & A Associates, a corporate legal services firm from Hyderabad, India. Raghu has 20+ years of experience and handles Business set up, Fund raising, Collaborations, Corporate law advisory, M & A, Capital Markets, Transaction Advisory, Insolvency practice. He has handled assignments across India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Dubai, UK & USA. He is responsible for giving strategic direction to the firm, building new practice areas, grooming and mentoring team. Believes in making people empowered for them to grow and succeed.
Raghu is also an angel investor in start-ups and emerging companies and invested into Ecommerce Platform, Concierge, FinTech, Pharma & Food lab, eMeat businesses.
Raghu is a Fellow Company Secretary, Post Graduate in Commerce and Executive MBA (Post Graduate Program in Management for Senior Executives / PGPMAX) from Indian School of Business.
